Lanzhou Gansu April 06, 2025\u2014 Qaiser Nawab, Chairman of the Belt and Road Initiative for Sustainable Development (BRISD), attended a special dinner reception as Guest of Honor in Lanzhou, Gansu, where he had the chance to meet with Dr. He Xiaozu, Party Secretary and Director General of the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and Mrs. Gong Jiajia, Vice Director General, along with other prominent figures from the tourism industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the reception, Nawab appreciated the warm hospitality and the opportunity to connect with various experts and business leaders in the tourism sector. He highlighted Gansu\u2019s potential to be a major player in tourism, emphasizing its importance as a key part of both the Belt and Road Initiative and the Silk Road. Nawab also shared his views on how tourism can be an essential tool for sustainable development and long-term growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
